Greetings

Welcome to the April newsletter from Dynamics Physical Therapy.

In this newsletter, we are discussing the use of Braces for Injuries, Sports, and General Activities

Braces are supportive devices that are beneficial for acute and chronic issues. The use of braces also helps prevent injuries or further tissue damage. Physical Therapists frequently recommend braces for added support. Stabilizing a joint with a brace lessens pain by relieving tension and movement as the body heals. Bracing for a joint also helps a condition from progressing faster, such as osteoarthritis.
