We wanted to notify you that we are closely monitoring the evolving situation regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19) both globally and locally. Dynamics Physical Therapy is taking precautions and maintaining strict OSHA standards against infectious diseases. We are taking extra precautions and have increased the frequency of routinely cleaning common areas, equipment, and frequently touched surfaces in order to prevent the possible spread of illness.
We assure you that the health and safety of our patients and our staff is Dynamics Physical Therapy is our top priority. If you are currently a patient, we ask that when you arrive for your appointment that you wash your hands or use hand sanitizer before prior to your appointment. Hand sanitizer will be provided at the front desk. Thank you for your cooperation with this matter.
In order to prevent the spread of any illness, if you are:
- Experiencing any of the symptoms listed below:
- If you have traveled outside of the United States in the 14 days prior to becoming sick.
- Or if you have been in contact with a person confirmed to have COVID-19.
PLEASE CONTACT OUR OFFICE TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT. DYNAMICS PT DOES NOT IMPLEMENT OUR 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY WHEN THE CANCELLATION IS DUE TO ILLNESS.
The Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to be monitored closely by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the federal government. Officials are providing resources for individuals and employers to help minimize disruption and concern about the virus as well as timely updates to information regarding the spread of this disease.
The symptoms of COVID-19 include:
- • Runny nose
- • Sore throat
- • Cough
- • Fever
- • Difficulty breathing or short of breath
You should contact your doctor if you are experiencing any of these symptoms or if you have been in close contact with a person known to have COVID-19.
According to the CDC, here is what individuals should do to help stop the spread of the virus:
- Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
- Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
- Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
- Stay home when you are sick, except to get medical care.
- Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
At Dynamics Physical Therapy, we are prepared for COVID-19 and plan to continue business as usual with additional precautions in place for the safety and well-being of both our patients and our staff.
