Dear Valued Patients,

During this uncertain time of the Coronavirus, the safety and health of our patients and our staff is our top priority. We are re-evaluating the situation each day as we follow CDC guidelines along with local and federal guidelines. At this time, we ask that all of our patients follow these guidelines:

Please DO NOT come into the office if you have traveled in the past three weeks or have been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with coronavirus (COVID-19).

Or if you are experiencing ANY of the following symptoms: fever, cough, shortness of breath, or other symptoms of respiratory illness, please contact your primary care physician or go to one of the nearest Emergency Rooms to be evaluated for coronavirus (COVID-19).  Dynamics does not implement our cancellation policy, when the cancellation is due to illness.

If you come to the office and exhibit ANY of the above symptoms, we will kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment.

For those patients who are well, we have temporarily changed our protocol for attending your appointment. We ask that you do not bring children or any other family members with you to your appointment, as we are trying to limit the amount of people in the office at one time. If you have an appointment please remain in your car and call the front desk to let us know that you have arrived. The front desk staff will instruct you to either come in or to wait for a phone call from the front desk to let you know the PT is ready for your appointment.

Upon arrival, we ask that you either wash your hands or sanitize your hands at the sanitizer station set up at the front desk prior to your appointment.

In an effort to minimize germs, we are taking extra precautions and have increased the frequency of cleaning of common areas, equipment, and frequently touched surfaces after each patient.
